Are you interested in being a Parent Governor?

School governors are people who want to make
a positive contribution to children's education.

Tewkesbury School Governors play an important part in the running and development of a school.  The Governing Body at Tewkesbury School currenlty consists of 18 governors in a number of categories to support the school, ensure that pupils receive high quality education and plan for future improvement. We now have a Parent Governor vacancy to fill.

Parent governors are valued members of the team and play a vital role in ensuring the Governing Body is aware of the views of parents and the local community.  The full Governing Body meets every four months and the individual committees meet once every term.
