EduLink app
As part of our ongoing drive to help parents stay informed of what’s happening at Tewkesbury School, we use a school app called EduLinkOne.
EduLinkOne is a school information platform showing information relating to your child(ren) that can be accessed on any device – PC, laptop, tablet or mobile device - via the web browser or via the EduLinkOne app.

We are asking all parents to support us by downloading the app at your earliest opportunity - use the unique log in code that will be issued separately via email.

Using the EduLinkOne will enable you to view the following information:

- Monitor attendance statistics and report absence - parents can report their child absent from school due to illness in just a few clicks, anytime.
- Account info - this screen will let you see general information about the selected child, such as contact information, date of birth, tutor, school email address, etc.
- Calendar - this will be populated with forthcoming events, parents’ evening dates and school holidays. If a dot is showing under a date, it means there are one or more events happening that day. Click the date to find out more information.
- Catering - we have synchronised with our cashless catering system to give you an accurate catering balance for your child, as well as a summary of what they have purchased. You will still add credit to the account via ParentPay
- Access to ClassCharts to view your child's achievements or behaviour issues
- Contacts - this screen will show you the contact information we have for yourself.
- Update information - keep the school up to date with your current contact information. Parents can access and edit your contact details and your child’s information and consents.
- Timetable - this gives you a view of your child’s current timetable and will be kept up to date with any changes of teachers, groups or rooms as they happen.
- Documents - parents can access and download progress reports as they become available.
- Communicator – an easy way to email Tewkesbury School staff.
- By downloading the app you will also receive free reminders and announcements via app notifications for events such Parents' Evenings or in the event of an emergency school closure.
