ParentPay - our online payment service

Becoming a 'Cash Free' School - wherever possible, we request parents use ParentPay, our online payment system, to pay for meals, school trips and all other items.    

Please be aware that as of 1 December 2019 we will no longer be accepting cash or cheques for school trips and other items at the Finance Office.  We are looking to effectively become as much a cashless school as possible.  All purchases will need to be through ParentPay, so it is vital that you activate your ParentPay account as soon as possible. 

Charitable events such as non-school uniform days will still be through cash payments.

How to Get Started with ParentPay

We have sent you your account activation details, once you receive these:

  • Visit www.parentpay.com
  • Enter your Activation username and password in the Account Login section of the homepage. NB. These are for one-time use only, please choose your own username and password for future access during the activation process
  • Provide all the necessary information and choose your new username and password for your account - registering your email address will enable us to send you receipts and reminders
  •  Once activation is complete you can go to straight to Items for payment, select which item(s) you want to add to your basket and proceed to complete your payment

Payment for school trips

All letters notifying students/parents about school trips will now be issued electronically. These will be sent to the relevant parent/guardian email address/es. If we don’t have your up to date email address, please contact Reception stating your child/children's names so that we can update our records accordingly.  You should state which parent is to be marked as the 'prime' contact, as this will be the parent to receive emails. 

Payment for all school trips will now only be paid through ParentPay.  It is essential that you activate your account as soon as possible for this purpose.  There will only be one payment option for paying via online payments by card via the ParentPay website – www.parentpay.com.  Places on trips will be secured through payment or a deposit according to the trip.   Larger trips will have an instalment option set up so that parents can pay over a period of time. Details of these will be included in the individual trip letters.

Online School Shop

Items such as replacement lanyards/cards/holders, school ties, stationery items, calculators and A level and GCSE revision guides can now be purchased and paid for via our NEW ParentPay Shop – click HERE to visit the shop.

To use our online shop, simply select the item you wish to buy and select the quantity.  The total cost is calculated automatically. Once we have received payment notification, we will process your order and your son/daughter will receive his/her items from their Tutor.  Please allow a minimum of two working days for orders to be processed. Please note, we cannot post items home.

Payment for nearly new uniform/PE kit items - nearly new uniform items will not appear in the shop. The inventory of items and instructions about how to reserve/pay can be viewed here.  Once you have reserved your item, please settle payment against 'Nearly New' on your ParentPay account, stating the item required.

Cashless Catering

No cash will be accepted over the counter in the canteen.  All pupils need to purchase meals using their identity card.   There are two payment options for topping up the card:

1) Paying into your ParentPay account for school meals by card via the ParentPay website - www.parentpay.com;
2) Coin and note payments at the revaluation pay-point in school (for school meals only).   

Any amount of money can be paid into a student’s account, and any money spent on food and drink will be deducted on a daily basis.  A daily ‘spend limit’ can be programmed into the system if required.  This can be increased or decreased for an individual student by contacting the school's Finance Office.  You can use ParentPay to monitor food purchases made by your child. 

Please be aware that all payments for cashless catering are paid directly to  Aramark, 250 Fowler AvenueFarnborough Business Park, FarnboroughGU14 7JP.   Please note that payments will appear on your bank statement as 'Aramark'.
